Performance
In the 2025 Porsche 911, the flat-six, twin-turbo 3.0-liter engine now has an updated intercooler and a refreshed turbocharger. These changes boost horsepower from 379 to 388. In addition, the 2025 Porsche 911 introduces a hybrid powertrain for the first time. Known as the T-Hybrid, the powertrain features a 3.6-liter engine mated to an electric turbocharger and an electric motor. This design adds 54 horsepower to the standard gas engine. With 11 distinctive versions of the 911, the capabilities and mechanical features across the options vary considerably and require a thorough test drive comparison.
Appearance
The Porsche 911 is well-recognized for its low-profile, arched body shape, and strongly tapered front end. In 2025, its iconic shape is modernized with five support structures running through the wide, curved grille. Select variations to introduce exhaust output improvements, an active lower lip, and updated bumpers. Other exterior features that are available in select variations for both model years are all-terrain or high-performance tires, raised ground clearance, a carbon-fiber hood, a fixed spoiler, a beefier rear wing, and more.
Features
Inside the cabin, the most significant improvement for the 2025 model year is the addition of a fully digital instrument panel. Select 911 variations for 2024 and 2025 include a surround-view camera, a blind-spot warning, ambient cabin lights, a Burmester or Bose sound system, adaptive cruise control, a sunroof, leather upholstery, a heated steering wheel, carbon fiber seats, sport seats, a navigation system, a 10.9-inch touch display screen, heated front seats, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, forward collision mitigation, a push-button ignition, and several other features.
