The Porsche Macan has long been a leading contender for SUV shoppers who expect superior performance and premium features from their vehicles. The 2024 Porsche Macan is identical to its predecessor and continues to be an impressive vehicle. In 2024, the Macan Electric is also introduced. This EV is remarkably different from the gas-powered Macan, so a thorough comparison is in order.

The base trim includes a single electric motor that produces 335 horsepower, which goes up to 355 horsepower with launch control. The Macan 4 Electric produces 382 horsepower, which goes up to 402 hp with launch control, and the Macan 4S Electric produces 442 horsepower, which goes up to 509 hp with launch control. Both of these are dual-motor systems with all-wheel drive. The Macan Turbo Electric sits atop the lineup, and it creates 576 horsepower, which goes up to 630 hp with launch control.
