 What’s New for the 2023 Porsche Macan?

While many compact crossovers are on the market today, the Porsche Macan stands at the head of the pack. The base Macan and the new Macan T are comparably equipped under the hood with a 261-horsepower, turbo four-cylinder engine. The Macan S comes with a 375-horsepower, twin-turbo V6. The Macan GTS has an upgraded twin-turbo V6 that produces 434 horsepower. All trims have standard all-wheel drive, shift paddles, and a dual-clutch, seven-speed auto transmission. The Macan T adds updated traction, stability control, and an adaptive damping suspension. Other trims with launch control, upgraded brakes, a sport drive mode, a sport exhaust system, and an adaptive air suspension system are available.

While the exterior of the Macan has not changed, the new Macan T has a dramatic look with 20-inch wheels in dark titanium. This trim also has gloss black and gray exterior trim. Overall, an aggressive yet sleek design defines the 2023 Macan’s style. It features a black, wraparound grille, a swooped hood, teardrop headlights, and a thick band of black molding across the door panels.

The safety technology has also changed in 2023. This year, all trims have adaptive cruise control as a standard feature. In addition, the Macan T trim is equipped with partial leather seats and a heated steering wheel. Across the other trims, you can also take advantage of features like a power rear liftgate, a three-zone climate control system, heated front seats, a 10.9-inch touch display screen, wireless Apple CarPlay, a wireless internet hotspot, charging ports, lane departure warning and many other features.
